Summary: I booked this property for a short July 4th getaway to the beach with my kids (16 and 19). It is a very nice property. It is decorated with the appropriate beach theme and is furnished with modern amenities. Modern large screen TV's are in the living area and master bedroom with access to the most common streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, Disney, Apple). The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, dishwashing machine, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, stove top oven and keurig coffee maker.. There is also a washer and dryer that come in very handy. There are plenty of beach towels to use in case you forget yours. In short, it's a comfortable space and home away from home. The community pool outside is kept clean and the commons area has shaded picnic areas and grills for cookouts. The location is very close to everything. A short drive to good restaurants, retail stores and grocery stores. Its a 6 block walk to the beach of a short drive if you prefer to take your car to the beach. All these amenities made our 4 day stay very pleasant. A couple of items of concern to mention are the cleanliness of a couple of areas of the condo need to be addressed. There were small clumps of sand and a food stain (maybe queso cheese) left behind in the fridge. In the master bedroom there were long, dark hairs left behind on the bathroom counter top. These aren't dealbreakers but I feel that they are concerns that need to be addressed with the cleaning crew for future guests.
